The Broadway bound hit play Black Angels Over Tuskegee will fly into The Wilshire Ebell on June 8th at 6:30pm. Doors open at 530pm. The play chronicles the story of the Tuskegee Airmen, the first African-American fighter pilots in U.S. military history, who broke racial barriers during World War II. TV Star Lamman Rucker ( Why did I get Married) will headline the stellar cast.
The play is currently in it's 4th year in NYC, and has been on the York Times Reader’s Choice List for 3 years. This night will be special as we celebrate the 72nd Anniversary of the Tuskegee Airmen formation of the 99th Fighter Squadron at Tuskegee Institute.
